	Prin.Dr.Satyajit K. Shah – M.Com., SET, Ph.D.
	Experience : 21 years at UG Level and 29 years at PG Level
	He has a total teaching experience of 21 years at under graduate and 29 years at post graduate level. His area of interest is Accountancy, Costing, Taxation. He is member of Solapur university examination panel and syllabus committee. He has completed UGC sponsored research project titled “Investment Decision of Salary Earners and Professionals”.He has completed his Ph.D. from Shri Swami Ramanad Teerth University, Nanded on the topic ‘ An Analytical study of Investment Behavior of Individual Investors In Solapur City”. He has also Published 17 Research papers in International Journal and Published book-“Dynamics of Investing”. He has been awarded as an Ideal Teacher Award in 2011 from Lions Club Solapur. He has worked as Vice president, secretary of Jain Social group Solapur.
	Dr. O. M. Ashtankar – Ph.D., MBA, NET, M.Com, SET, PGDIT, BE(Mech), LL.B., AIBE
	Experience : 23 years at post graduate and 02 years at under graduate level.
	His area of interest is Marketing Management and Operations Management. He has completed his Ph.D. from Nagpur University on the topic ‘Marketing Analysis of Small Scale Industries in Vidarbha with special reference to Nagpur & Bhandara District’. He is a registered Ph.D. guide and 4 scholars are awarded Ph.D. under his guidance so far. There are 78 research publications to his credit which includes 12 Scopus, 3 ABDC, 24 UGC Care indexed papers. He also won 4 Patents. He is member of ISTE, MSCA, NEGR and also an industry consultant.
	Prof.Dr.Pankaj V. Dolas – B.com., M.B.A, M.Com, PGDHRM, M.A.(HR), Ph.D. – Professor
	Experience : 20+ years of Academic experience.
	Has 20 years of teaching experience at post graduate level. My area of interest is Human Resource Management and organisational Behaviour. A member of Solapur university examination panel and syllabus committee. Has completed UGC sponsored minor research project titled “A Study of Socio Economic Conditions of Bidi Workers in Solapur”. Awarded Ph.D from Shivaji University in 2005 for his research work on “Impact of Privatisation on Telecommunication in Maharashtra” He has also Published 9 Research papers in International Journal. He has been awarded as an Ideal Teacher Award in 2018 from Lions Club Solapur. He is also a Member of National Institute of Personnel Management.
	Mr. Pravin B. Bajaj (B.SC..M.B.A.) – Assistant Professor
	Experience : Teaching: 11+ year, Industry: 5 years
	He has Industrial experience of 5 yrs. in Smruthi Organics Ltd., – a bulk drug manufacturing, public limited company. Held a Franchisee Centre of Aptech Computer Education as an Entrepreneur for a period of 10 yrs., he is a certified Aptech Faculty for more than 15 modules. He joined full time academics in 2011 to follow his passion of teaching and guide students on the professional career path. He is pursuing Ph.D. from SRTMU, Nanded and his research topic is ‘A Study on Issues Related to Computerization in Small Enterprises in Solapur City’. He has attended various FDPs in ‘Aptech’ for different modules, ‘FDP in Entrepreneurship’ conducted by MITCON sponsored by Department of Science and Technology New Delhi and ‘Use of ICT in Education for Online and Blended Learning ‘ conducted by IIT, Mumbai. He has been awarded as an Ideal Teacher Award in 2018 from Lions Club Solapur.
	Dr.S.S.Khandal (B.Sc., MBA, Ph.D.)– Assistant Professor
	Experience : Teaching: 14+ years
	Mr. Suhas Khandal has an overall experience of 19 years in the corporate and academics. He has a successful track record of conducting placement drives for several batches of students. He specializes in subjects like Marketing Management & HRM. He has awarded the PhD. degree in the Marketing. He also has academic experience with various prestigious educational institutions. His research papers have been published in several national & international conference including Paris, Indonesia, Shanghai , Newzealand etc. He has the industry experience with organizations such as Parle Products Ltd., Mumbai , Suhana Masale,Pune and Adani Wilmar Ltd.,Ahemadabad.
	Dr. R. S. Gavali (B.Com., M.B.A, Ph.D) – Assistant Professor
	Experience : Teaching: 16+ years
	She has completed B.Com.from HNCC , M.Com. and M.B.A. from DAV Collge and Ph.D. from Pune University. She has experience of 16 yrs. She is teaching Marketing, HRM and International Business Subjects. She has published papers in National and International Journals. She has delivered guest lectures on soft skills in various corporate and education institutes.

	Ms.L.R.Rawal (BCA,MBA) – Assistant Professor

	He is working as an assistant professor in commerce . He has 2 years of teaching experience at post graduate level. He has completed M.Com from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, MBA and M.Phil from CSIBER, Kolhapur, and Diploma in Labour Law from Shivaji University, Kolhapur and presently he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Business Management from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He has attended one state level and one international level seminar in Commerce and Management and presented one research paper at international conference held at Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He has published one research paper in journal.His area of interest is Management and Organizational Behaviour, and Research Methodology
