Women’s Day

2018-19
International Women’s Day was celebrated on 8th March 2019. Vice Chancellor of P. A. H. Solapur University Dr. Mrinalini Fadnavis was Chief Guest for this Program. Dr. Sushma Pankule from Nagpur was Guest of Honour. Felicitation of successful women was done in which Dr. Madhavi Rayate, Police Inspector Dipali Kale, Renowened singer Sulabha Pishvikar were felicitated.
2017-18
International Women’s Day was celebrated on 8th March 2018 by Department of Management Studies. On this occasion guest lecture by Dr. Swapnaja Katekari who is renowned Cosmetologist from Solapur, guided all girl students from coursed BBA, BCA and MBA. Around 180 girls and Objective of this session was to guide girls on health, nutrition and their wellbeing. Dr. Swapnaja guided them on how to look good and feel good. She even answered all questions and queries by students regarding health problems. She highlighted on importance of eating well, exercise and sufficient sleep.

National Unity Day

On the occasion of Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhabhai Patel on 31st October every year ‘National Unity Day is celebrated wherein students take pledge for unity, integrity and security of the nation. As per the guidelines and directions by Directorate of Technical Education and the pledge contents provided by DTE students take pledge under guidance of faculty members.
